We would like to make your experience attending the Integrative and Personalised Medicine congress as smooth as possible, which is why we have put together the following FAQ's, however if you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@ipmcongress.com

When will I receive my badge?

All pre-registrations have been sent an email prior to the congress with further information on collecting your badge on arrival.  Our emails sometimes go into spam/junk folders so you may find it there. As long as you have registered to attend the congress, your badge will be waiting for you on arrival at the registration area on the ground floor.

Do I need to book onto the workshop presentations?

As long as you have registered to attend the congress, you do not need to book onto the individual workshop presentations. They are on a first come, first served basis to simply arrive at the scheduled location at the time of the workshop for access.

What is included in the £25 'Workshop & Exhibition Pass'

If you register for the 'Workshop & Exhibition Pass' you can attend any of the Workshops and the Exhibition on the day that you have purchased the pass for.   This Pass does NOT provide you with access to the Conference Programmes.

If I have a 'Conference Delegate Pass' and want to attend a Workshop - do I need to purchase an additional 'Workshop & Exhibition Pass'?

No, your 'Conference Delegate Pass' enables to you to attend any of the Workshops and the Exhibition the Conference Programmes on the day(s) that you have registered for.  You do not need to purchase an additional pass.

Are all the presentations Live?

Yes! All presentations will be LIVE & IN-PERSON in London.

Who Should Visit?

The Integrative & Personalised Medicine Congress is for Healthcare Professionals only and is not open to the general public. Admission is strictly restricted to professional persons working within the healthcare industry. Proof of trade status may be requested.

Where are the conferences, exhibition and workshops being held?

The QEII Centre, London, UK.

The congress is taking place in the heart of London, in Westminster at the prestigious QEII Centre.

What hygiene measures are at the show?

The QEII Centre is a Covid-secure venue, putting the safety of our clients and delegates at the forefront of everything that they do. Their commitment to your health and safety is demonstrated by their adherence to the AEV All Secure Framework (which is approved by the UK Government), as well as receiving the mia AIM Secure accreditation.

To ensure that they continue to prioritise your safety, they are maintaining several measures including temperature checks for everyone who enters the Centre, provision of hand sanitiser and Cloroxing and regular cleaning of venues, office and touch surfaces.
