In 2010 Centralia Advanced Reflexology Education Authority (CAREA) established the Level 5 Reflexology training standard for the United Kingdom.

CAREA has since developed a global level 5 reflexology qualification incorporating Integrated Medicine, the Duopody™ reflexology technique, NEPIP™ and CALM™.

The CAREA reflexology courses combine traditional methods with modern mind-body research, imparting students with the skills and knowledge to offer bespoke treatments to their clients through a person-centred approach to healing.
