As a herbalist his life is focused on sharing the benefits herbalism. He is interested in the connection between plants, food, health and farming. He has spent the last 20 years pioneering sustainable organic and fairwild herbal value chains with Pukka Herbs and in clinical practice.

More recently he has started www.herbalreality.com and a medicinal seed collection project in Somerset www.earthsongseeds.com to help share traditional, scientific and practical insights in herbal medicine.

Serving on Pukka’s Board and Mission Council, a trustee of The FairWild Foundation, The Herbal Alliance and the Betonica School of Medicine, the Advisory Board of the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia and the American Botanical Council Sustainable Herbs Program.
