A passionate educator in HE with global executive level experience in change management,  strategic leadership development, organisational restructuring and relationship management. With an extensive background in academia, management and business and research, I recognise opportunities arising from challenges and creatively inspire teams to join those journeys. As a disruptive change facilitator, I find particular joy in linking up people with expertise outside my skill set, to create new networks of people to challenge established, routine solutions to problems.  Currently embarking on my latest adventure - to revolutionise health education from an ethos of 'treatment' to that of 'education, empowerment and prevention'.
