Michael Dooley

NHS Consultant Gynaecologist, Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists & Honorary Treasurer of The College of Medicine, United Kingdom

Michael is an NHS Consultant Gynaecologist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He qualified from the University of London and then gained clinical and research experience working in London, Oxford and Southern Ireland.

He was an NHS Consultant at Dorset County Hospital, Dorchester and honorary consultation at a Assisted Conception Unit in London.

Michael provides an integrated patient-centred approach to women’s healthcare offering the most appropriate evidence-based choice of conventional and complementary treatments to address the patients’ wishes, beliefs and needs.

Michael has been married to Barbara for over 25 years and has 3 children; 2 boys and a girl.

Special Interests

Infertility, Menopause, Period problems and irregular bleeding, Premenstrual Syndrome, Pelvic pain and endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Gynaecological problems associated with sports women, Integrated women’s healthcare.
