Dr Lisa Peacock
Dr Lisa Peacock received her PhD in Dramatherapy from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. She works as a specialist dramatherapist with the NHS in Devon with Livewell Southwest. She has worked with people with co-morbid conditions in hospital and community settings. Peacock has worked with veterans and people with cancer—two groups of people who may experience body-based trauma—and has extensive experience working with posttraumatic stress, life-threatening illness, burnout or compassion fatigue. Peacock is an associate lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University. Peacock also works with universities supporting medical students with the creative arts. Peacock is a creative clinical supervisor for clinicians. She conceived and edited The Writing Group Book: Creating and Sustaining a Successful Writing Group.
