Leslie P. Stone, MD, IFMCP, is board certified in family practice with a fellowship in surgical obstetrics. She is a published researcher and international lecturer on developmental programming of health and disease and the application of individualized Functional Medicine care during pregnancy. Her passion is helping parents capture the miraculous during pregnancy by changing their habits, changing their lives, and empowering life in and out of the womb. She has been delivering babies since 1982 and has delivered over 5,000 children. She is owner of Ashland’s Comprehensive Family Medicine, Stone Medical, where she continues to practice. Her undergraduate degree was from Washington State University in physiological psychiatry, followed by her MD from University of Washington, Seattle, an internship in OB/GYN at Oregon Health Sciences University, a residency at UCLA in family medicine, a surgical obstetric fellowship at UCLA Ventura, and further certification in Functional Medicine. She is a mother of four and grandmother of five and lives with her spouse, Dr. Michael Stone, in Ashland, Oregon.
