Anorexia nervosa is a life-threatening disorder with the highest mortality rates and highest risk for suicide among all psychiatric disorders. There are currently no approved medications for the treatment of Anorexia nervosa. This session will outline how to correct nutrient deficiencies, decrease anxiety, and propose a framework for effective treatment and prevention.
