Stress is a global phenomenon and can lead to numerous health issues. We wanted to understand those health issues and needs beyond treatment of symptoms. Data collection happened with CASI questionnaire for a quota sample (gender, age and regions) 18+ for 9000 respondents in BR DE FR.

Key learning: Distress and eustress are great examples for imbalance between negative and positive experiences. Hypothesis about stress and health has been confirmed by 9 out of 10 respondents. Everyday life changes with overall highest stress potential, family with lowest stress potential. Vast majority is interested in powering up their health. Learning lead to the conclusion that stress is a powerful call to action in self-care context.
