Call for Speakers - Frequently Asked Questions

Please note abstracts must be educational and aimed at health care professionals. Abstracts promoting a particular product or service (a sales pitch) will not be considered.

What is the deadline for submitting an abstract?

Please submit your 300-word abstract online by Monday 4th November 2024

How are the speakers selected?

After the submission deadline, all the abstracts will be collated and presented to the advisory board who will review and formulate the programme. Abstracts will be selected based on content and also on how they fit with other content for each day.

When will the advisory board make their decision?

We will inform everyone if they have been successful via email by the 31 January 2025

Are all the presentations live in-person in London?

Yes, all speakers need to be available to speak, live in-person in London from 19 - 21 June 2025.

What is the length of the presentations?

The majority of the presentations are 25 minutes long.

Can abstracts be submitted on topics not listed on the website?

Yes, we welcome abstracts demonstrating the benefits of taking an integrative, whole-person approach, the list of topics is just a guide.

Will speakers be compensated for presenting?

All speakers will be given full complimentary access to the conference, exhibition and workshops. Speakers must cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

If I am successful, are their resources available to help promote my presentation?

Yes, we provide all speakers with images suitable for social media, e-newsletters and websites, to promote participation at the congress.

The QEII Centre, London, UK.
