How to influence sirtuin enzymes for healthier ageing

06 Jun 2024

Longevity

A recent study reports that individuals who have higher levels of intracellular enzymes called sirtuins also tend to have a slower rate of cardiovascular ageing. And that certain nutrition interventions can increase sirtuin levels in humans. This workshop looks at how sirtuins keep our cells functioning well as we get older. And then presents evidence for ways to promote sirtuin function in order to best support your patients'/clients' health in mid-life and beyond.
