Thyme to change how we look at culinary herbs and spices
Culinary herbs and spices are a cheap and easy way to add health benefits to food. There is already strong evidence from interventional studies on the benefits obtained from consuming these plants as part of your daily diet. This workshop will share the research behind the most promising herbs and spices and suggest ways for people to incorporate them into the diet, as part of a campaign to promote them as a low-effort solution to improving public health.
