Covid: Picking up the pieces with herbal medicine?
The peculiar characteristics of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and its many variants have challenged everyone working with sufferers. We soon learned about its strange effects on circulatory, endothelial and lung functions, the key role of insulin resistance, and we all had to follow a steep learning curve in immunology. Now Covid’s after-effects often feature in our consulting rooms. Simon, with his colleague Kerry Bone, has helped to articulate the herbal practitioner’s response to Covid from the beginning and in this workshop will reflect on some lessons learned.
