How we breathe and move has a huge impact on our health. In our modern lives we experience high levels stress, anxiety and disconnection. This results in habits of shallow breathing and of extreme levels of tension in the body developing, which can be major contributors to mental and physical ill health. By releasing underlying patterns in our breath and body we can create expansive pathways to health and wellbeing.
